I
know what it is like to suffer with an anxiety disorder. My anxiety
became so overwhelming, I had panic attacks that woke me up in
the middle of the night. My anxiety
disorder not only upset my sense of well-being, it disrupted my
relationship, friendships, career, and finances. I was frightened
and frustrated. If you are battling debilitating anxiety or panic
attacks, rest assured; life can get back to normal with a simple
and natural approach that won't cost a lot of money.
Once
I understood how to restore my health, my anxiety disorder was
quickly and completely cured, yet my doctors had encouraged long-term
prescription medication and aggressive psychotherapy.
Although this misunderstood biological disorder caused physical
sensations such as heart palpitations, breathlessness and shakiness,
my doctors gave me little encouragement and prescribed anti-depressants
and tranquilizers that I was told I would need to take for the
rest of my life! These pills gave me indigestion, double-vision,
and nightmares!
Doctors do not have the time to research alternative healing therapies
for each ailment they diagnose. It is important that as patients,
we take responsibility and are proactive when confronting illness.
Your body has an innate healing system that can be stimulated
to promote vibrant physical, mental and emotional health with
natural, non-invasive methods. Create power and take control by
deciding that you will absolutely find a way to recover and feel
healthy again.
I
have experienced and overcome panic disorder. I know
what it is like to suffer from debilitating anxiety. Have you
felt dizzy while standing in line? Have you rushed to the emergency
room because you thought you were having a heart attack? Have
congested areas, dark movie theaters or rooms without windows
caused you to feel claustrophobic? I am not a medical doctor or
licensed psychotherapist, but my story can help you overcome anxiety
and panic disorder quickly and permanently.
My true story, titled “At Ease: How I Cured My Anxiety Disorder”,
is available recorded on CD or as an eBook. If your goal is to
stop suffering from a nervous disorder, you can do it in the privacy
of your home.
Having
no money and no health insurance forced me to find a cure for
my anxiety and my panic attacks without costly visits with specialists,
intensive psychotherapy or prescription medication. I needed to
get well again fast. I needed it to be cost-free, and I had to
ignore the fact that more than one doctor told me that once you
have an anxiety disorder; you will have it for the rest of your
life.
I
offer you an effective and affordable solution. By looking for
help online, you have already taken an active step toward complete
healing.

I
recorded for you what I wish had been available to me when I had
my anxiety disorder. If I could have talked to someone who experienced
anxiety attacks and overcame them, I would have avoided suffering
in so many ways. I struggled physically, emotionally, mentally,
socially, and financially.
I would have been happy to just
sit in my car in the parking lot of the hospital in case the next
panic attack sent me to the emergency room thinking I was having
a heart attack again.
Everything became an issue, including waiting in line at the store,
getting stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and shopping in a crowded
mall. I worried I'd freak out, embarrass myself, suffocate, pass
out, and die. I didn't know what triggered the anxiety attacks,
so almost everything became a threat. I became wary of any foods
with possible residual pesticides, synthetic materials, fluorescent
lighting, and all closed-in areas. Stepping into an elevator or
airplane became unfathomable. Drive-thru car washes were absolutely
out of the question.
I had no health insurance. I saw
as many doctors as I could see until my savings ran out. I lost
my job. My friends distanced themselves from me, and my fiance left
me. I could not afford to keep my apartment. I could not afford
to repair or continue to insure my car. At age 28, after living
on my own for more than ten years, I moved back in with my parents." |
